This is a 4 hour workshop for counsellors and therapists working within private practice, delivered online via Zoom. The learning objectives are as follows;
This training package has been specifically created for this audience and has been developed in collaboration with Simon Howarth at Trust Therapy and Training, whom I have worked collaboratively with for three years as a suicide prevention advisor and trainer. Between the two of us, we have almost two decades of clinical experience in working with vulnerable people and in suicide prevention.
The training package is delivered by a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist and a person-centred counsellor together, so is designed to be relevant regardless of modality, and is based on a combination of research and clinical experience within the field.
We have an introductory offer of £49 per person for the first two dates.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and to book a place.
This package was initially developed to be delivered as a full day (6 hour) face-to-face workshop. Due to the COVID19 situation in recent months, the package was shortened and adapted for remote delivery (see above). The COVID19 situation and recommendations are being constantly monitored and the face-to-face package will be available in Warrington, Cheshire, in the future. Please get in touch to register interest or keep an eye on this page for dates being released.
